really became surreal after going to all the Cali theme parks.  It’s just intriguing how things change and you find yourself being amazed by different aspects of things compared to when you were a child.  I guess “growing up” is inevitable, but it just makes you cherish your childhood memories even more.  Being blind to the cold hard world is something I wish I could go back to sometimes, ignorance is without a doubt pure-bliss.

has always been one of my favorite artists.  His color schemes and birds are just so intriguing everytime I see his pieces.  This piece is from The DIY Pushers show at Munky King LA on Melrose, it sold before I could get my hands on it.  I expect big things to happen for Peeks and Woes this year.

was probably one of the main places I dumped the most cash at, and suprisingly, not on clothes..  I learned that LA shops aren’t like shops at home or SF..  They tend to sell their own brands of clothes with two racks full of the same designs in different sizes and colors, all in an empty room.  It made me miss Haight in SF for shops like TRUE..

and now I’m back to reality..  I thought a week and a half long trip would be too short, but I must say that I’m quite satisfied with the amount of things we were able to do in such a short period of time.  With over 8 gigs of pictures and a crap load of goods, I’m going to be quite busy for the next couple days…
