is something that ties in directly to my two main hobbies, it’s interesting how things progress through the years and to see trends come and go. Technology is always improving, becoming more efficient and cheaper as time goes by; DSLRs have become so much more innovative since the Sony DSC-F707 I had when I first started shooting automotive media. Same goes for the automotive scene, new parts that innovate as well as new trends that always push the boundaries of what’s deemed ”capable” of being achieved. From the extreme paint schemes, vinyl graphics, large wings and huge canon exhausts to tuned suspension, forced induction, ATE super blue and dusty pads to JDM, VIP, paper-thin clearance and aggressive stance… it’s endless.
This is what makes automotive and photography so interesting, the ability for things to adapt and stay fresh with times and also to allow innovation in the process.
